In compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), NPC Circular No. 2023-04 (Guidelines on Consent), and the Revised UP Privacy Notice for Personnel, personal data and travel identity documents processed in LIPAD are strictly utilized for official flight bookings, airline credit ledger accountability, and institutional travel auditing under the GFA.
